What are your fitness goals?
My PT is really into goals. I'm not sure what I want, besides looking really good.
I lost the weight I wanted, started running and yoga in addition to her workouts.
I just don't know. I'm curious if others set fitness goals for themselves.

My fitness goal is to drop two sizes and 13 pounds, I want to shed the love handles and flatten my stomach.

My goal for right now is to get down to 120. I'm 8lbs away but that seems like 50 to me. My goal is to have a flatter stomach so that I don't get the looks where people wonder if I'm pregnant.

To drop 1-2 sizes and tone up my arms and core...at first I thought I wanted to lose like 15lbs...but I'm really more focused on fitting into my jeans from 2years ago without feeling like they r a little too tight, even if it doesn't change the scale.

my goal is to lose 15 lbs even though i'd be happy with 10 lbs too, to tone up and get a flatter tummy..
it's do-able. i just have to stick to it. so far so good!

I want to get more tone. I am taking a pilates class and working out. I would like to lose about four pounds...it is not a lot but it is my target weight.

I want to start running again and train to run a half marathon, in addition to losing 25 pounds, and toning up. I basically want to be in the same shape I was in basic training!!

My 1st fitness goal is to train to run a 10k on May 1st. Then I want to train for a half marathon in the fall.
My 2nd goal is to lose at least another 45lbs. My ultimate goal is to lose another 55 lbs but I will be happy with 45lbs. I have already lost 29lbs but it has taken me 1.5 yrs to do it. I am not consistent at all. I keep going up and down a few lbs.
Which brings me to my 3rd fitness goal - to make myself a priority and make exercising a part of my lifestyle, not just something I do to lose weight when I feel fat. Especially the running. My weight loss and exercising is always taking a backseat because I am too busy doing things for other people. I am slowly learning to take care of myself first.
ETA: I also want to feel comfortable in a bathing suit again!!!

and to fit into all the clothes that don't fit me b/c I'm too cheap to buy new ones...
but in all honesty, I feel less stress when I exercise regularly... I just want to FEEL healthier again & I am just starting to...

I want to lean out a bit so I can see some muscle definition.
I want to learn to balance eating healthy with living like a normal human being.
