weigth training
How long of a session do you usually do? What kind of exercises?

i usually do 30 minutes of core training or toning my arms. i don't work my legs out because i do cardio 5 days a week and i dont want my legs to start looking manly or body builder-ish.

I do abt 30 min too. I do combo of free weights (dips, flys, squats, arm curls) and the machines (leg press, back extention, abductor & adductor, bench press & universal) what ever is open at the time.

I do 30-45 mins every other day: -legs, chest, and triceps, abs -legs, back and biceps - just arms and abs on somedays
I'll do about 3 different machines/weights/exercises per muscle
