Anyone not doing the new WW PP program and sticking to the old one?

I wasn't able to decide on whether or not to sign up for WW again because of the new program. I've only always done the Momentum program so I can't personally speak about the new plan. I'm just hearing A LOT of people (not just on here) talking about how the weight loss is very slow using the new program, so I finally did decide to do the old program. It ALWAYS worked for me in the past so I'm going to stick with it. I would be too frustrated seeing such little improvement week after week. Doing the old plan I usually would lose 2-4lbs. every week. There were only a few smaller losses depending if I cheated or hit a plateau.

Has anyone else decide to do the old plan?

How are you able to track online with the old program?

I haven't met anyone who wasn't happy with the new program.

It's funny you mention it because I just went back to the old program last week. I tried the PP and, while I think it's great to the extent that it helps encourage healthy choices and I never felt hungry on it, I just wasn't losing weight. Granted, I only have a few pounds to lose (I'm about 4 pounds over my goal weight), but I followed the plan religiously for nearly 8 weeks and would lose .4, then gain .2, etc. The reason I ultimately went back to the old plan is because I voiced my concerns about the slower weight loss to my leader and she continued to insist that I must be doing something wrong (incorrect measuring, calculating, etc.) I really did not think that was the case, so I went back to the old plan and so far I've lost 2 pounds.

Good luck to you, whatever you decide to do Chat Icon
