I can't believe how WW has changed outlook on food. I would eat SO MUCH, and never think twice. It's crazy how it shows you what your body really needs!

I completely agree- before WW I had no regard to what or how much I ate. Now I really pay attention to what I'm putting in my mouth.

That is amazing!!!!
And ITA! It really is a lifestyle change.
I remember making pasta for dinner and just pouring the box into the water. Now measuring out a cup of pasta (which does fill me up) is a hell of a lot less than what I used to eat!
