Yogurt...is there a way to sweeten it....
without adding a ton of calories..
Im eating low fat stoneyfild plain yogurt.. i cut up strawberries and put it in this morning...
it's soooo tart though.. Im on Weight watchers so don't want to add too many points to it but just wondering if there is a way to sweeten it up a bit.

I agree with the idea of honey or perhaps a fruit puree (even a tspn of applesauce with cinnamon).

You could mash up the strawberries before you add them in.
Sliced banana with a bit of honey.

The vanilla and the banllia flavors by Stonyfield are much sweeter then the plain. I do not know if they are more PP (I am not a weightwatcher's girl). I like adding berries to my yogurt.

I like adding some frozen berries. The berry medley from Trader Joes is fantastic with yogurt.

i usually do agave or a little bit of honey if i'm having plain yogurt. my favorite stonyfield flavor is lemon though and that one doesn't need a thing.
