Is this OK? Training related
I was a little under the weather today - I almpost didn't go for my run today (and I was planning on doing a long run)
But, I decided to do a run/walk instead - 3.91 miles according to my Nike Plus, but I paused it by accident so it may have been 4 mi...
It took me 45 minutes
I know obviously it's not ideal, but did I at least contribute to my miles this week training for this half?

Yes, absolutely counts! Many people train and run half marathons, marathons, 10ks, etc using the run/walk method. So you did great, write down as mileage for the week!!

My friend runs a marathon or half marathon basically every month and she does ther un walk method...I say it's just fine! Hope you feel better!
