Thanks to everyone for suggesting the NY Library
Finally got my card in the mail yesterday and I am LOVING the availability and selection that they have.

NY state residents can also get Brooklyn Public Library and Queens Public Library cards for free. The last time I checked you have to go in person to activate the card if you apply online, and I think that BPL had a much bigger catalog than QPL.
