Ooooooophelia....
I made your bolognese sauce last night and o.m.g. Even my 14 month old was saying yum. I've never made bolognese or even eaten it before...but thanks!

oh wow. YAY!!  this made my day!!!!!
I actually had to click on the link to see which one it was and I saw that Nora asked about the milk. sorry I didnt see that before!!!
I believe the milk acts as a tenderizer for the meat...helping to further break it down and making it luscious and soft. at first i was like  but I mean..it's so freaking good I won't argue with the bolognese about it.
