hosting a pampered chef party...
how many different types of appetizers you think i need? its on friday at 7pm
I was thinking:
spinach balls stuffed mushrooms dumplings w/ dipping sauce shrimp cocktail platter veggie platter
wine for the alcohol component!

Some kind of mini pizzas.
Bruschetta.
Hummus & pita chips.
Maybe baked brie with some kind of sauce on top.
Guacamole.
Fondue (chocolate or cheese).
Spinach or similar pie. (You can pick something like this up at Trader Joes then cut it in small pieces).
I've also gotten a variety of their frozen apps before.

i love these. I make them all the time. I also make them ahead and freeze them. Maybe not as moist as fresh but still good.
