WW question

So I got my kit (my aunt gave me one of their unused kits) so I plan on starting today.

How do you know how many oz of meat? Are you weighing it or just estimating?

Re: WW question

You should really weigh it- WW has a great scale for that!

I always estimate. Of course when you estimate you're taking a chance that you're either over or under estimating your intake.

Re: WW question

The WW centers have them for $39.95

You can also check out BB&B for food scales..it could be cheaper esp. if you have a 20% off coupon.

Re: WW question

I got a digital food scale at target for like 30 or so bucks, best money ever spent.

They have non digital scales as well that are less than 10 dollars.

I find my food scale/measuring cups to be the most important tool in WW success!

Re: WW question

To be certain, you have to weigh it. WW sells the scales that weigh the food AND tell you PP values. But you can buy a regular food scale in any Target, Walmart, BBB, etc.
