WW - Confused about 0 points?
I'm doing the program onlline and enter food as I eat it. So, I noticed that a tbsp of sugar is 1 point. I use only a tsp in my tea which based on the serving = 0 points. If I have 3 cups of tea in the day and enter it individually it would be 0 points but really I just had a tbsp of sugar today (cumulatively) and should be 1 point. Just wondering if I need to look at stuff like that when I'm calculating. Thanks!

I've heard different opinions about this... I enter things cumulatively if I'm having more than one serving at a single sitting... but if i'm having it again later in the day i count the points value for a single serving.

This is generally the way most people do it.
