annoying day
Asides from my car not starting, DH being a jerk , 100° heat and my backup car having a flat. These are my bookend patients today:
My first a 56 year old woman with schizophrenia who was delusional and thought she was pregnant, so when she told me she had a 3 year old I thought that was a delusion too. Turns out she does. AT 53 SHE NATURALLY CONCEIVED.
Then my last pt is this cute woman with this totally exposed pregnant belly who has some kids already and is preggo again and tells me this baby was "unwanted" and planned to abort but as tricked into not doing it.
Lets hope tomorrow is better for me.
