WW people...what's your goal?
When I started on WW, I wanted to lose weight, but I don't have a magic number in mind. My real goal is to be a certain size in clothes and I don't really care what the number on the scale says at that point. I'm getting frustrated because in 13 weeks, I've only lost 10.2 lbs total (I gained last week, but didn't lose all that I gained this week). However, my clothes already feel better, I feel better so I'm trying to hold onto that, rather than let the scale defeat me since that is not my goal.
What are your goals?

Re: WW people...what's your goal?
I had to abandon my goal for a specific number... with all the running I do now, I haven't lost a single pound in months, although I'm still going down in dress size, albeit slowly.
I think my goal now isn't to lose weight or be a specific size, but instead, all of my goals are now related to running. First goal was to run a 5k, which I'm doing on Sunday.
Next goal is a 10k... god knows when I'll do that one!

Re: WW people...what's your goal?
My goal is 160lbs. I was around that when I got married and felt good. I know I'll still be a 12/14 at that size but know I'll feel so much better.
I want to be able to run around with my girls and not feel tired. I want to be able to walk into any store and buy clothes. I want to feel more comfortable with myself.
I've lost 30lbs already on WW and I still have about 30 to go until I reach my 160lb goal. Once I reach that I'll decide if I want to keep going or maintain at that point.

See, I think we started WW around the same time, and you've lost 30lbs and I've only lost 10. I'm trying so hard not to compare...but I can't help it.
Congrats to you

Re: WW people...what's your goal?
I'm doing WW online and they require you to put a number for your goal so I put 135lbs. However, I have tried very, VERY hard to NOT pay attention to the number on the scale. I try to focus on how my clothes fit and for me, when I get to a size 6/8, I'll be happy no matter what the scale says.

I think with the new plan its ossible to overdo it on the fruit. Look into the Paleo diet...and lower your carb intake. I think you'll see a difference

Thanks so much!!! I've had a couple of really good loss weeks (like 3lbs) and then a couple of 1lb or less weeks, but I just keep telling myself I have to keep going. I was so miserable when I got pg with DD#2. I was the heaviest I had ever been (232lbs) and felt awful. I lost 30lbs within weeks of giving birth and then slowly started gaining it back. I gained back 20lbs and knew I had to do something.
10lbs is a great loss. You've been losing almost 1lb a week (I know you gained last week). Just think if you continue for a year that's 52lbs. That's a great loss.

Re: WW people...what's your goal?
I've found as far as weight and size goals go- I never knew what I wanted until I saw it. My weight range for my height is 117-146.
I started out as 180lbs, not knowing how much I wanted to weigh- just that I wanted to lose weight. Ideally, I wanted to wear single-digit sized pants!
October 2007
So I joined Weight Watchers and started to lose some weight with no real goal in mind.
In April 2008, I had dropped down to 145lbs (I was about a size 8-10)
I then decided to make my official goal 135 (it was nice, in the middle and I figured I'd be around a size 6).
Here I am at that goal (135 lbs)- July 2008
That summer I worked 2 full times jobs, including chasing around kids and coaching cheerleading and kickline. By the end of the summer, I lost about 10 more pounds and was down to 125lbs (size 4).
Sept 2008, 125 lbs
I maintained 125lbs for awhile. Then I got into running and hardcore working out. Last summer I got down to 116lbs
All the way on the left in purple- 116 lbs
116/size 0-2. I felt good but I realized later on, I looked way too skinny. So I'm trying to go back to where I was at 120 and a size 2.
This is my favorite picture- the reason why- I'm at the weight and size I want to be. I'm also toned and in shape.
It took awhile- gaining weight then losing it and gaining a few pounds back. I honestly believe you need to see it on you (and in pictures) to realiize what you're happy with! I've been working on maintainig 120 but also a nice toned look.

Re: WW people...what's your goal?
My goal is to lose 40lbs. I am down 6.8 ... in 7 weeks . Hopefully the next couple of weeks I can see a bigger change (I started going to the gym this week).
I am doing smaller goals first. My first goal is to reach 10 lbs loss then 15 etc. Looking at 40 it seems like I wont ever get there.

Re: WW people...what's your goal?
i'd love to be in single digit clothing. I have been a 12/14 for quite awhile. years ago I was down to a 6 and I felt great. I'm trying my best to lose atleast 4-5 pounds per month. My husband and I are taking a trip to Florida in December and Id love to be in better shape by then. Id love to be able to wear cute clothing.

We must be the same height because I have the same weight range - and I struggle all the time, wondering where exactly should I fall within that range? I feel good now, but I'm 125lbs, and sometimes I feel like I could stand to lose a few more lbs. But, I look at your pictures, and honestly, I think you looked too skinny at 116, and looked absolutely FABULOUS at 120-125lbs. It really helps to give me perspective on my own goals, and where I look best, by looking at your pictures, so THANK YOU!
And P.S. - you look great!!

You look beautiful in all the pictures but I have to agree, I really love your body at both 135 and 125. That is the look I am going for. I still have a little bit extra blubber on my arms, love handles and and thighs I need to get rid of first.
So did you basically lose about 65 pounds total in 3 years? Were you losing 2 pounds a month steadily or did you see bigger drops in weight.
I just started trying to get back into shape and I want to lose 25 pounds. I already look more toned but the 25 pounds haven't budged. I just don't know how long I have to wait to see results like you had!

Re: WW people...what's your goal?
my goal is really a clothing size rather than a #. i have an outfit in my closet that i wore on my honeymoom (and it was tight then!!) and want to fit in again one day. although that outfit isn't my ultimate goal it is something i want by the end of the summer.

Thank you! Yes, it was basically about 65 lbs in 3 years. Pretty much the first 50 were in a span of less than a year. The next 10 took another few months. Then I just fluctuate. I'm trying to stay at least around 120.
It defintely takes alot of paitence. I also wasn't 100% happy even when I was 116 (crazy, right?) but now looking back, I realize it was too thin anyway! It's really all a matter of perspective as well. Sometimes at the time you can't see how good you look, but looking back on pictures you can see it.

Re: WW people...what's your goal?
I want to lose about 10% which would bring me down to 124. I was losing about 1 lb per week until last week when I gained but I've been stricter with my flex points this week and increased the amount of exercise.
Honestly despite the #s I'm just really hoping to comfortably wear a bikini this summer!
