Had a GREAT CPSE Meeting Today
We are set for the summer and fall!
One more school year and my little guy goes off to Kindergarten
Not rushing the time at all, Sept. 2012 is LONG off, but, man, Can't believe it was brought up today (for about 2 seconds).
Anyway, meeting went well! DS will be going from a 4 hour class, to a more independent 2.5 hour class!
He will still recieve 10 hours of ABA, PT (2x) OT (1x), (Speech, 3x..2 group, 1 individual).
Family training 1x a month.
The staff sitting around the table were very impressed with how much he has progressed since the last meeting! Im not going to lie, I teared up at the table when there were talking about that!
I am so proud of my little guy and I seriously have the staff at his school to Thank! He's been there since he's 27 months old and it's been an amazing journey!
On a side note, his school said he may be able to sit in on a typical pre-k class a few days a week with his SEIT. They said he's probably do well and it would help his social skills even more.
Sorry this is so long, Im just one happy mom today!
