My New Treadmill
I just purchased a new treadmill, Proform 400...I used it last night for the first time. I love it....
Lets hope that I keep loving it and it doesn't become a clothes hangar. 
Seriously I am determined to loose some weight and hopefully the treadmill will help me to achieve my goal.

good for you! how long is it? do you run outside? Is the treadmill easier on your body (ankles/feet/knees/back)?

I am not a runner, however I do short sprints on the treadmill. I don't have any issues with my knees or back hurting after I am working out.
The treadmill measures 20x55.
