i don't understand my chart or OPK's
ok, so Tuesday i got a + on the OPK and then yesterday I didn't. Did i already ovulate? I didn't think my temp jumped enough for Ovulating, but I'm not sure.
why did i get a + one day and then a - the next day without a temp jump? Image Attachment(s):

Laura,
Yes, once you O you'll get a BFN OPK. So, you have ovulated this month. As for your temps...there are a couple of things I was wondering...you have high temp on cd11 (which is Saturday July 9th), were you drinking the night before? Bceause that increases your BBT. If you take out that one temp, you CL is 97.9.
Your temps may not shoot up above your CL immediately after Oing, it may take a day or two, so see what tomorrow brings temp wise. But to me it looks like yuo O'd on cd15

yep, i was drinking heavy the night before that big jump. last month i o'd on the 15th.
i keep miscalculating, i hope our BD"ing on CD14 did the job, the days before that I didn't really lay on my back for long or anything ....

If you were drinking than I would discard that temp. I agree with Kathy that your probably o'd on CD15 and that you are experiencing what is called a "slow temperture rise" which is when it takes an extra day or two for your temp to make it over the coverline.

Ah ha - I had a feeling you were drinking the night before!  Yes, go on Fertility Friend and select "disregard" next to the temp entry for that day - you shoudnt count temps that are alcohol-induced LOL!!! Also if you slept later then normal that would throw off your temp too.
So i would say your CL is 97.9 and you O'd on cd15...you can manually enter that info so its reflected on your chart. You're officially in the 2ww!
