Yayyyyy (sorry, shamless post!)
I lost 2 lbs this week, and that is with having AF! It's a total loss of 1.5 over 3 weeks since I gained 1.5 the first week. But now I'm going in the right direction, and I finally feel like the hard work is paying off!
Sorry, I was just so excited with my weight this morning I had to share. Thanks to everyone that helped answer my questions.
