Should I call the dr??
I have been having lower back pain all day today. I haven't had pain like this in my back ever. It is constant as well and then my lower abdomen (more underneath my belly button) keeps getting tight. I don't know if it's just growing or shifting pains, I can see my belly lopsided when it happens.
