Sorry I am asking a lot of questions lately but I am a lil bit anxious since my OPK says I am good to go this cycle. However, I havent seen any EWCM to speak of.
Does everyone have to have it? Have you or has anyone you know conceived without it? TCOYF mentions its possible and I cant imagine that every woman emits the same amount or consistency. I mean I check but i dont think I have it the way it is "supposed to be." Any thoughts?

On the TCOYF site I found some tips to increase EWCM -- drinking tons of water, drinking green tea, eating oatmeal. These are all pretty easy things you can try to increase EWCM.

Some women don't get it if you have a positive on your OPK and "watery" cm that could be YOUR fertile fluid. Don't get so hung up on it. I also think, in addition to what the OP said, robitussin can increase CM. You can look it up by doing a search on Google.
ETA: I get EWCM for about 3 days but by O day (according to OPK's) I usually do not have any. Also I find it it intermittent. For example...TMI...after you go #2. I don't notice it all day long or in my underwear.

I dont get it at all either... I just get a watery consistency..... and my OPK shows positive as well!!!
