Having a spouse or SO who eats badly

What do you do? How do you handle this?

DH has a sweet tooth like Oprah in the 80s.

He comes home with donuts, and fudge Oreos and other treats. I am able to walk away from the temptation, but I'd never buy that stuff myself. I'd rather not have it in the house, so sometimes I make him keep it in his car.

I will have my treats at time but I do like to watch what I eat way more than DH. He eats anything and everything without a care in the world. I just look at that as more motivation for me to stay away from the temptation.

DH eats fast food almost every single day for lunch. I make sure I bring my lunch so that when he goes through the drive thru I'm not tempted to get anything.

He also keeps snacks in our room, but I'm not a big snacker at night so it doesn't really bother me. He had like 6 boxes of girl scout cookies and I think I've had 2 the whole time he's had them. I also keep healthier snacks that in case I feel tempted I can have one of them.
