Not sure if this question goes here, but here I go...
I tried on bathing suits yesterday and it wasn't pretty. My lower half- hips, butt and thighs looked terrible. For lack of a better word, I would say "melting". Drooping, sagging...
Is this something that can be fixed with exercise and toning? Or is it just gravity and old age setting in??

I start offically with a trainer tomorrow and my butt is a huge goal- we already discussed this

It definitely can be toned up with exercise! Mine transformed in less than two months! No more dimpling (on the back of my thighs too!) HUGE difference!
I use a machine like this at the gym
and this!
I also run in reverse on the elliptical!
