I have one. Not the newer one you can use with your smart phone. I do really like it and find it to be useful in knowing just what you are burning vs eating during the day.
Worth the investment IMO. I wish I could get the newer one.

I have the BodyMedia Fit, which is made by the same company but after researching it I felt this was the best fit for me. I've had it since Christmas and I ADORE it. I am a very visual person and I love that I can plug it in at the end of the day and see how many calories ive burned, enter my food, see my sleep efficiency, how many steps taken, how vigorous my activities have been etc. etc.
I can also sync it with my iphone or ipad to see real time info.

I have one, an older model from about a year and a half ago. When I did use it, I found it helped A LOT! I liked seeing how much i was actually burning. I stopped using it after my trial of the online service expired.

I had actually listed it on CL to sell it since I dont use it. If you wouldnt mind an older version, FM me.
