Does this happen to others?
Every time i have to go to a lunch with friends, or a family function or anything that disturbs me sticking to my diet, it turn out to be a total cheat day...I usually start out ok, but I almost always end up eating more than i would have if i was home and then when i get home, i just want to eat more even though i'm full....It just throws me completely off...
I had lunch with friends today, and that is what is happening...I now just want to eat, eat, eat....UGH!!!!!!!!!!! Vent over.

That used to happen to me all. the. time! It's like once you get the taste of a little of the stuff you're not supposed to have, you just want more and more! Now I have to play mind games with myself and "strategize" before social events so I can rein it in.

That happens to me all the time! It's like once you get a taste of that yummy food, it becomes addictive & so hard to stop even though you feel full. I don't know the solution but the same thing happens to me.

YES!!!! It throws my entire week off too, and it drives me crazy!!!!!!!! I've been struggling with this for 2 weeks now, and I HAVE to get back on track tomorrow

Yes!! I alwyas have that problem at parties because of the dessert table.  I have such a sweet tooth!! I went to two parties yesterday and had many desserts at both!
