Did you see / hear....
that we lost half our home Tuesday night??
I will post the story in detail later, but it has been a nightmare since Tuesday night. We are at a hotel, but need to find a home to life in for a few months. Pls say some prayers that the insurance company dosen't try to dodge and weave w/ the loss, etc.. you know what I mean.
DH did most of the interviews, he did the newsday one, I couldn't believe he spoke about the dogs and sharing the china baby's name!!!

OMG, very scary! I'm so happy you are both ok but I'm sorry you have to go through all of this.  Scott is so cute with all of the detail he gave to the reporter with the "paper pregnancy."

OMG Sandra I had no idea....!! We have an extra bedroom. I hope the insurance company doesn't jerk you around. If they do, there's Help Me Howard, and stuff like that....Oh I hope everything works out for you guys!! And truly, if you need a place to stay, just call.

Everyone-
Thank you for your concerns and offers. We have been at a hotel which is working out fine (for me / DH hates it). We found a home in our neighborhood we think we'll be renting --and should be moving into tomorrow.
If we need anything I will ask. In a time like this---sometimes a little help really is a BIG help.
