Im so sorry... my cramps were really strong and i didnt have any clots or anything, but i bled heavily...

usually clots and cramps indicate a miscarriage. But wait it out until you see your dr. It could be something else causing the bleeding.

I had a natural miscarriage. I started spotting on a Friday and over the weekend got very intense cramps. By Monday, it was like a full blown period and the cramps were almost unbearable on Tuesday when everything passed. I pray that this is not what's happening to you
