Question about WW week and WI
When does the WW start and end? I usually WI on sat mornings, but this sat I have to go some place early. Can I go on Friday instead or is that part of the same week as my last WI on sat?

weight Watchers week starts Sunday and ends Saturday. So if you weighed in last Sat. that counts as last week's weight and you can still weigh in tomorrow.
