Excited to start posting here!
My DD is 14 months. I lost all 25 lbs gained with her right away. Went back on BCP, and GAINED 10!! 
I was overweight before, so that just threw me over the edge! I stopped BCP, started eating right and have lost the 10 lbs in just a few weeks.
Tonight, I'm joining a gym with my sister- who is like a workout/eat healthy QUEEN- I'm very motivated and excited- haven't felt this way in a while. Would love to lose another 30 lbs, but I think I'd be happy with another 20.
Looking forward to getting tips & advice for you guys!!

Good luck! It sounds like you will have a great support system with your sister and then you have us here to motivate you too!!

Welcome and good luck! I've had problems with weight gain due to BC too..so annoying!

I'll start with some advice (sorry, I know you didn't ask ). Start small. Please don't go to the gym and expect to keep up and do everything your sister is going. The motivation is definitely great, but stick to your own pace. You don't want to get discouraged or go too hard in the beginning

Thanks, I already told my sister I won't be able to keep up with her! She's just a GREAT motivator and very knowledgable, so I like having her help and of course we're BFF, so her compnay is great!

Hi!!! I think I remember you from LIW? Awwww, congratulations on your baby!!!! Those BCP, can cause frustrating weight gain, I've heard. Pray you are successful in your weight loss hon!!!!! Mary
