Hi!!! I'm rejoining your board.
I've been on this board on and off for a while. I just gave birth and was cleared for all exercise (even though I exercised regularly throughout my pregnancy)!!!! So now I'll be here a lot more often trying to lose the rest of that baby weight!!! Im glad to rejoin all of you.
If anyone knows, what kind of ab workouts can I do following childbirth? I'm 6 weeks postpartum and looking to tone back up. Are there any limitations?

I agree! I had a c/s and was able to do hot yoga with very little issue after.

I started working out a while ago....no restrictions on ab workouts as far as my dr said. I really like Jillian Micheals Six Week 6 Pack. If you have FIOS, you can get level 1 on demand right now.'
