Triathlon #2....Tomorrow Morning
Ack! I feel very unprepared this time. We were one vacation and then came home only to be hit with a stomach virus so other than walking the parks of Legoland and Disney my workouts have been minimal.
This one is a mini so- 300 yard swim, 11 mile bike and 2 mile run.
The bike is 2 loops and there is a fairly long, steep hill in the loop and I'm obsessing over it.
I finished in 1:50 and change last year. I feel like I HAVE TO beat that time.
I'm also heated towards the end so my start time isn't until 10am. Our weather here in CO is a high of 87 tomorrow (which I know compared to your heat wave isn't bad) and that feels HOT to be out biking in.
Anyway..... lots of positive thoughts and finish under 1:50 thoughts much appreciated!
I'll update after the race!

Walking at theme parks is actually probably great for endurance!!!
