I'm a total spaz and I take zumba!!

Its so much fun, and there are tons of other uncoordinated people there, so you won't feel alone Chat Icon

thanks for the feedback! i want to find something that is fun. i get bored easily. like i hate going to gym and doing the treadmill for 30/40 minutes. thats what i want to do different this time around. want to do different activities like walking, biking, some weights. not routine exercises.

What about running outside? I HATE exercise, I get bored easily and just quit. This is the only thing I've been able to stick to for longer than 2 weeks (i'm on week 5 of C25K and loving it)!!!

I'm like that too.

I found yoga though and love it, so I am motivated to go most nights after work.

I agree I'm not very coordinated and I was soooo scared the 1st time I went. I almost walked out right before the class started. But now I love Zumba and go 3 times a week.

Re: Here we go again

If the nights are too much have you considered exercising in the morning?

Back before I moved to LI, I had a 55 mile commute into Boston which would take about 1.5-2hrs, so I understand exactly what you're saying about being too tired when you get home. So I started going to the gym first thing in the AM. It was hard to get up at the crack of dawn every day at first but after a couple of weeks it became normal. And I found that it really helped start my day off on a good foot. Yeah, there's no classes that early usually, but I did weights, bike, elliptical etc.
