YES YES YES!!
I have said many times. I always had regualr cycles....always. When I started TTC is when they got all out of whack, and its clearly from all the stressing about it.
Stress increases hormones in your body that interfer with Fertility and of course ovulation.
but...who can be stress free ya know? It stinks!
