NYC- Excess
OK so what's the deal with being excessed in NYC? Can you return to your school? If you don't find a placement, I heard they will place you ANYWHERE?!

I think if you dont get a job in your own that you return to your own school as an atr and then you can be placed within your district.

This is almost correct but just to add you can end up as an ATR in your home school or sitting at some other school. From what I understand, you can turn down jobs if you don't want them.
