Weight Watchers cake (or some kind of dessert)
Tomorrow is my moms birthday and she just started WW. I want to make her a WW friendly cake. Any suggestions. A couple I have tried in the past came out terrible.

What about an Angel Food Cake?
One of my co-workers said her mom used to make this dessert all the time.
Either bake or buy an Angel food cake. Slice it in half and spread Fat Free Cool Whip and sliced strawberries. She said her mom would also spread cool whip on the top and then put some more sliced strawberries.
I'm not sure how many points that would be but it sounds good and I know Angel Food Cake is more WW friendly than regular cake.

Diet coke cake?
There are variations but basically you mix diet soda with cake mix
(sprite with white cake, diet coke with chocolate) - super low in points and tasty!

I've been making the cheesecake stuffed strawberries that have been posted all over. I make them with Fat free cream cheese and splenda! SO yummy!

Re: Weight Watchers cake (or some kind of dessert)
This is a spin on the diet soda cake, and has been a hit with my friends, family, and DH's family:
Better Than Sex Cake Yield: 24 Servings
1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix 10 oz Diet Coke 1 egg white 6 oz Ice Cream Toppings Fat Free Caramel 7 oz Fat Free Condensed Milk 1 c Heath Bar Bits,Found 8 oz Fat Free Cool Whip
Mix cake mix, egg white and diet soda. Bake as directed in a greased 9x13 pan. During the last few minutes of baking, put caramel and condensed milk in a sauce pan and stir on medium low heat until smooth. Take cake out of oven, and poke holes all over the top. Pour caramel mixture over warm cake, filling in the holes. Sprinkle Heath bits over the top, reserving some for the top. Cool completely. Cover with container of FF cool whip and sprinkle with remaining heath bits. Put in fridge until ready to serve.

I have to try this! Did you figure out how many points it is for a serving?

I knew the points value, but not the PointsPlus value (haven't made it in a while). Run it through the recipe builder and you should be good to go

Sounds like a plan. I have to make this. It's funny, I have so many of your recipes notebooked between LIF and LIW and haven't made anything you've posted yet!! After we move I have a whole list of things to make.
