Interview on Thursday

I have an interview on Thursday with a Catholic school. Any interview tips? My experience with interviewing is a bit more limited than I'd like it to be, and I don't want my nerves to get the best of me when I go in. Thanks in advance!

Dress professionally. Can't understand why some people come in dressed for an interview like they are having lunch on a Saturday afternoon.

Also, you might want to look back on this board (maybe 2 weeks or so ago). Some teachers posted the kinds of interview questions you might be asked.

What grade level?


I had an interview for an elementary position and one of the questions I was asked was regarding integrating religious instruction into other subjects, how I would approach it....I don't remember the exact question because it was a couple of years ago, but I would think about an answer.

Integrating technology was another one I was asked about.

No specific grade..just an initial screening interview to get on the list of eligible candidates for the Diocese.

I was thinking they would ask about integrating religion into other subjects. I would answer that it would be done in meaningful ways and have some examples to back it up.
