Making Smoothies
Not sure if this is for the Dining Forum, but does anyone have recipes for homemade smoothies? DH is always buying them outside and it would save us some $ if I just made them at home.
Thanks!

Re: Making Smoothies
Great site from the pp. One tip though, I suggest using frozen fruit and not as many ice cubes. It is hard to break up the ice cubes well unless you have a industrial blender. I usually dont use any ice, just the frozen fruit- it makes for a better consistency.

Thanks for the advice, I have a small Shake and Take, so I'll definitely be using frozen fruit.

Re: Making Smoothies
I blend frozen fruit (usually blueberries, strawberries and raspberries) with vanilla soy milk. So good!!!
