Stupid Nike+ question
I need to get a new Ipod so I figured I would integrate the Nike+ as a little more motivation. Do I NEEEED to get the Nike+ shoes or can I just use my regular shoes?

Unless you are using the iphone Nike+ GPS app for the iphone and running outside, you need the nike sensor chip. If you arent, you can either use nike shoes and place the sensor in the holder in the left shoe insole, or you can buy a pocket for the chip and place it on the laces of any brand shoes.

You do not need the Nike sneakers. They sell a little strap that you insert the chip into. I bt mine on Amazon.

i use a little pocket on my shoelaces and it's fine. i've been using it for 3 years and never had a problem with accuracy. you can get them at any running store.
