toddler twin personalities
my are 13 months old. the older they get, the more i notice the differences in their personalities (which would make sense). one is so clingy and the other is so independent. its amazing how different their needs are. the second i make eye contact with the "clingy" one he will run up to me and want me to pick him up. i literally have to make dinner holding him half the time. if im around, he wants me to hold him. the other twin is content just playing with my ODS or with his toys. he needs much less cuddling/attention. if they are both happy, i guess its fine, but my concern is that i am not able to be as affectionate with the "independent" twin bc his brother demands all my attention. i feel bad that im constantly only really getting to hold one of them. does anyone else have this issue? if so, how do you handle it?

Re: toddler twin personalities
I wish i could answer this for you... Every night as I put them to bed I feel so guilty because of of my girls needs to be tended to much more than the other and i feel like I dont get enough time with my quieter one. Last ngiht i was crying because I dont want her to feel like mommy doesnt love her as much as her sister.
I hope that he grows out of wanting to be held all the time. its nice to be wanted but I know it must be hard.. Especially at that age when I assume they understand more and more.
