Our amazing nanny is available for morning work

We just made the decision to put our child in FT preschool. I am writing because we have had the most amazing nanny for over 2 years and now do not have a job for her until 2:30 pm. I am hoping someone out there needs child care in the am. She is a warm, patient, empathetic woman who has been great with a child with a major speech delay, I.e., she has gone to library and found and read books, talked to speech therapists unrelated to us to help us, speaks with EI and adopts same methods. We are crazy enough about her that fear of breaking relationship between her and our daughter factored into decision for school. Please send me a message if you want more details. I don't work FT, so it doesn't need to be 5 times a week. We're in Nassau County.

Familiar with gluten free diet too and can make toddler happily eat most anything.
