need a new work bag--any recs?
I need a new bag. I don't carry too much so it doesnt have to be huge. Just practical. Any ideas where I can get one? I don't want it to scream "teacher" like those ones with the abc's and pencils on it.

I think I'm the only teacher in my school w/o a Vera Bradley bag! I was going to suggest this too since I hear they a very durable.

I have a big coach bag. I am going on my 4th school year with it and it has held up great.
I can hold enough in there. A few notebooks/homework/folders, plus it has a bunch of compartments for pens/pencils/calculator.

I've had 2 Vera Bradleys and they have held up well for several years each. One year I had a pink coach one.....very stupid of me. It got soooo dirty. This year I am eying a Michael Kors one

LOVE the Vera Bradley bags! I have to get a new one because I wore the strap down on the one I had for 5 years.

Same here  They are so durable, and the big ones hold a ton, which I need.

My work tote is dooney & bourke. It's held up really well and has room for my laptop, work to be graded, etc. etc.

It is my 6th year teaching and I do not have a work bag either. I have trained myself to rarely bring work home.

The Vera store in RV Mall gives 20% off if you are a new customer and give them your email!
I bought a black one there last year in a microfiber fabric, part of a special line they had. It is the best bag ever! Totally appropriate for lots of settings! They still have that line and it is a perfect work bag!

Mine is from banana republic. I saw it on a 30 Rock episode and it's been holding up great. I also use a canvas tote bag though (I was split to another school this year and it helps me keep things separated)

It is my 6th year teaching and I do not have a work bag either. I have trained myself to rarely bring work home.
I have a work bag but rarely bring it in the house LOL. I feel naked without carrying one, but I don't really use it!
