is a basal therm. better?
than just a reg digital thermometer? OPK says i'm ovulating however my temp was 97 this am.. should i go buy a new thermometer

I didn't realize using a reg. thermometer was an option - I thought when charting, you were supposed to use a BBT?

Sorry, I meant basal thermometer.
BBT is basal body temperature.

You need to use a basal thermometer to take your temp for charting.
