What do you think is the best kitty litter brand

We have used Arm and Hammer for years and never had a problem, but maybe they make it differently or something now, because it isn't the same. The litter smells a lot more and is more heavier than usual when its wet. Its not clumping as well.

I read that the crystal ones are great but they are annoying to step on. I will have a lot of tracking, I have to sweep it up daily so I don't want a litter thats painful to step on.

we use Ever Clean Extra strength unscented.... been ok for years... its a bit pricey though...

i have tried it all and honestly tidy cat is the only way that seems to be able to handle my two cat's pee/poop

Tidy Cat. Back when I only had one I used the one that is all crystals but my other is much bigger and goes to the bathroom a lot and the one that's all crystals is $$$.

I used to use Ever Clean but because of the cost I switched to Arm and Hammer. Was not completely happy but I tolerated it due to the price. THen Petco sent me a coupon for Ever Clean "begging" me to come back. So I did. So much better. So much more expensive. But so much better

We use World's Best Cat Litter - sold at pet stores.

I love it. It is all natural and made from corn. You can just flush the waste down the toilet. We scoop it daily and don't have a problem with smells. We live in an apt, so the box (covered) is in an open area. Sometimes I buy the multiple cat formula even though we have one little guy for extra odor control.

I like the fact that the "tracks" are natural. We used to use the crystals but I was nervous about the chemicals getting on my cat's paws and then him licking them. It also concerned me that the chemicals could be tracked around my house, it didn't seem like it would be good for humans either. Also, with the crystals, by about the 3rd week, when it goes bad, it goes real bad. All of a sudden you get this intense odor of urine/amonnia and you have to clean the box RIGHT AWAY. sometimes it is less than 3 weeks.

For the natural product I use now, I find I notice a little odor and we know it's time to clean the box out but it doesn't get overwhelming immediately - does that make sense?

Yesterdays news....newspaper pellets. The best! and now petco has their own brand cheaper than the name brand.

Been using Feline Pine for years.
Made of compressed pine pellets. All natural so I can flush the waste down the toilet. Lasts about two weeks before it's almost all broken down and I can start to smell pee.
