If you had a d & c and also have pcos/doing IF treatments
Well, here's my official introduction here. I had my d & c today but the ob couldnt quite answer my question, and I'm sure my RE will want to see me and my test results before answering but I'd like to know your experience.
If you had a d & c, did you get AF? How long did it take? If not, did you take provera or go right back into treatments? Ill most likely be doing another iui if that matters.
I guess its a good sign that I'm already thinking of this, I guess the only thing I can do is to look forward instead of dwelling on my really shittyy present. Right?

I was told that I should get AF on my own and once that happens I will go on bcps since I don't ovulate on my own (I have PCOS too). HTH!
Thinking of you today- I just got home from taking care of my brother's kids! (I left my house at 6am!) You were on my mind all day. How are you feeling (physically?)

Here's what I dont understand. If we dont ovulate, how the heck are we going to get af in a month?
I'm not doing so bad physically, very minimal bleeding and some cramping. How about you?

I have PCOS and don't ovulate on my own either. After my d&e last year I waited 8 wks and after no period I started privets and then did an iui cycle. After the triplet loss, I waited 4 wks and then started the pill for another fresh ivf protocol so I officially started treatments 8wks post d&c. I hope that helps!! I assume your situation will be closer to what I did after my d&e for the iui cycle.

ok, that's what i suspected, provera. greeattt, i just LOVE provera  this just keeps getting better and better.
what do i do with myself for the next 8 or so weeks?

I do not have experience with your specific situation, but I went through periods of time where I was not ovulating because of my thyroid issues (we think).
I got my period 5 weeks after my d&c. Started temping the next cycle and temping and using OPKs the one after that and I am not sure if I am ovulating, and if I am it is very late in my otherwise "regular" cycles so far.
I am glad to hear you made it through the procedure okay though. Hang in there.
