Ever feel......
like you have to justify why you are looking to leave your current position? I always question myself......Im just not happy where I am right now and have been looking the last week or so but I keep questioning myself.
I feel like I have to have a "good enough" reason to be looking as opposed to "just because I want to".
Sorry if I don't make sense

i feel this way all the time. i've been at my job for 10 years. i had DD 7 months ago and wonder if where i am 'is it' or if there's something else out there for me. i'm scared to take the chance of leaving....but also hope i'm not selling myself short. with all the job cuts i'd hate to be the bottom of the batch...especially living paycheck to paycheck. when i'm serious i guess i'll update my resume...no harm in trying for an interview, right?
