Weird question but need help!! (chafing boob area!)
Ok so i am training for a half marathon...I ran 7 miles last night and didn't feel pain until i got home, took my sports bra off and underneath my boob was awful chafed skin!! It hurts SO BAD.
What can i do for it?? Do you put bandaids on the area? Or am i the only freak this happens to?? lol. I have a DD chest too if that matters

Not a wierd quiestion at all! This happens to me on long runs all the time I have actually bled from it as well. I use either vaseline or body glide on that area. Put a generous amount and that should help prevent it. You can get body glide at any running store, i am sure ****'s or Sports Authority carries it too but also like I said vaseline works fine too!

I get that too!! Its the sportsbra .. I had to try a few before I found that moving comfort makes a few that works well for me.

This happens to me all the time. Bleeding & blisters from the friction of the bra  I cover it up with band-aids, and if it happens anyway I clean it really well & put bacitracin so it doesn't get infected, until it heals. So painful!

Thank you ladies!! Going to try these ideas starting w/vaseline tomorrow. I can't believe i did this to my skin and didn't even feel it while i was running!! I went to shower and when the soap hit it it felt like glass in my skin, ugh!!! No fun!

Body glide, body glide! I love this stuff, I use it anywhere that I could get chafed and it works wonders!

I ditto all of the recommendations for body glide. Great stuff and it's sold like a stick of deoderant.
