I want to delete the video I have of the heartbeat
But I cant. I opened my videos on my phone and I froze when I noticed it. Then I cried lol
Ive already tossed all cards, books and sono pics. But it hurts so much to see it and the thought of deleting it kills me.

Can you put it in a folder on your phone where you know its there and you wont accidentally open it? I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago when I was tidying up my office and found the scan picture - it broke my heart and even though I didn't open the envelope I knew what was in there and it broke my heart.
Keep it because at some stage it might bring you comfort. I am so so sorry for your loss

I have sono pic still. I can't get myself to look at and can't get myself to toss out either. It's a no win situation.

I hear ya. I have my sono pics and all my phone pics too... I haven't been able to bring myself to delete them, but i haven't looked at them either. Delete it when you're ready to.

I've got a drawer full of positive HPTs (like, about 15   ) and sono pics. Plus, there's a sono pic in my bag (I just had never taken it out). I can't seem to throw them out - yet, I can't look at them, either.

I threw out my positive hpts about a week or so after the d&c. I thought I would hold onto them for a while, but I became so bitter and mad that one day I just threw them out.
I have a really cute picture frame with the first sono pic in it. It killed me to take the frame down and put it away. Right now the frame is face down in a drawer. I cant bear to look at it until I can replace it with my next babys sono pic. As hard as it is, I will always keep my first sono pic. I would feel terrible to throw it away even though it brings tears to my eyes to look at it.

There's no rule that says you have to delete it. I found for me, keeping some memories of my various pregnancies helped remind me that they were REAL even if I don't have a baby in my arms to show for it. To this day, I still have many sono pics on my phone of my first baby, as well as the triplets.. and all the BFP pics I ever got, including a chemical I had last winter.
I can't part with any of it, even after all this time. Really, you don't have to delete that stuff if you don't want to!
