pin wheels
DH brought home these pin wheel things of meat/cheese and i think spinach (?) how do i cook them? they look really big and thick. do i put them on the grill? i only have one of those indoor grills? will that be ok? thanks....i don't cook a lot...just learning

I am sure you can bake them in the oven until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.

Put them on the grill - indirect medium heat ... they are fairly quick to cook, just make sure the inside is cooked.

it can be tricky sometimes b.c the outside meat cooks a lot faster than the meat on the inside of the pinwheel

If you put them on the grill, put them on the top rack---not on the bottom rack, the outside will burn before the inside is cooked.
If you put them in the oven, bake them on low like around 300 degrees and just keep an eye on them
