VERY down.. who to go to for support??

I had my ectopic back in August.. i was very depressed but thought i was getting over it bc i am finally getting to the 3 month mark and should be able to start trying again..

however everything that has gone on with my RE and now today switching to my new RE and finding out i can't start IVF until Jan has put me over the edge

I can't snap out of it... i hate the feeling that i want this so bad but there is nothing i can do about it .. all i can do is sit and wait sit and wait... i can't wait anymore.. i want this so bad... i really think i need to talk to someone bc im driving myself crazy Chat Icon

Re: VERY down.. who to go to for support??

like i posted in organicmamas post, i just started going to someone who has expierence with loss. i got one reccomendation from my RE whose schedule didnt work with me, so she recommended someone else, and like that, i called about 6 people!Chat Icon then i found on the psychology today website, cross checked it with my insurance site and found someone who is great. so that's one way to find someone, but i definitely think you could benefit by talking to someone! I had mc in sept and kept to myself for abt 2 weeks then started talking to close friends and family and with time I felt better. Like OP said maybe seeing a professional will help u heal faster. Good Luck.
