Pre-ordering books?
I've never doen this before. When you pre-order a book before its release from Amazon or B&N, does it actually arrive the day the book is released, or shipped the day the book is released? Thanks!

for Harry Potter, it always came the day it was released... those are the only books ive ever preordered, but i did it through Amazon.

I can only speak for Amazon, but you usually receive the book the day its released
