TTC and mammogram

I'm not sure why I'm worried about this there's really no reason for me to think that it's an issue but....
I'm scheduled for a baseline mammogram on Thursday, which will be 4 or 5 days into the 2WW.

Should I reschedule or would it be too early to be harmful if there's anything there to harm?

I just scheduled my baseline mammogram not long ago while I had just started to TTC. My doctor told me to schedule the appointment for after when my period was expected to come and cancel if it did not arrive. I got AF so I kept the appointment. Had AF not come, I would have cancelled. I would err on the side of caution and reschedule for AFTER when you expect your period to come. Others may have a difference in opinion but I am not a risk taker.

I'm kinda leaning towards not taking any chances but I'm going to feel like such a loser for rescheduling when AF comes.

But I think I'm going to rescehdule it anyway.

I know - I'm not feeling v positive about TTC now that I'm on month 8.



But I am rescheduling the mammo for the end of the month. Better safe than sorry, right?
