DIY Balloon Valances
Anyone ever sewn your own balloon valance? Is it very hard to do? Any suggestions of where to find easy to follow directions? TIA!!

I think Party City sells a kit to make those. I remember my BIL looking into them last year

yes. they are SOOO easy to make!
find a picture of what you are looking for and I'll do my best to give you a step by step.. I have made pretty much all of my window treatments
